Vinegar To Reduce Weight and Cure Diabetes

    While vinegar is generally known to help fight fungal infections such as dandruff and athlete’s foot because of its content called acetic acid. However, it is not only where vinegar can come to the scene.
 


VINEGAR TO HELP PEOPLE WITH DIABETES
Vinegar can also help people with diabetes as it can lower the blood sugar level, according to recent studies done by Dr. Kyle Johnston of the Department of Nutrition of Arizona State University. Because of the vinegar’s acetic acid, it can help break down carbohydrates so that the body will not absorb it anymore and instead eliminated right away by our body.

WHAT TO DO:
1.    Put 2 tablespoons of vinegar and mix it on a glass of water.
2.    Drink the water before every meal.

VINEGAR TO HELP REDUCE WEIGHT
Not only does on people with diabetes does vinegar do wonders. People who are on a diet or want to lose weight can seek this tip on how they can achieve it using vinegar.

WHAT TO DO:

3.    You can also put vinegar on your diet meals like on the salad, or as condiments or dips for fish or other fried foods.

Now that we know the wonders of vinegar, it is important to learn though that the vinegar method is not suggested for people with hyperacidity as it can lead to acid reflux or heartburn.
