According to the 15-year-old kid, he was known by the people who knew him as “Manas” because literally his body swells from the complication of congenital kidney disease. He added that he insisted his mom to accompany him to the mall where he usually sings in public and told Bernadette Sembrano that he’s confused why the people cry every time he sings for them.

The “Lingkod Kapamilya” immediately coordinated with the local authorities particularly the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) to give full attention to Tristan and his family. The local authorities offered Tristan’s mother a livelihood to help their family on their daily living and expenses for Tristan’s treatment.

The “Lingkod Kapamilya” is also trying to seek the help of the National Kidney and Transplant Institute for Tristan’s regular treatment. Since Tristan  wasn’t been able to enrol to class this school year, the “Lingkod Kapamilya” also gave its hand to help the kid to catch up to this year’s school year.
